Patio Party for the PMC

Porto Facebook

Raising money for cancer research is as easy as sipping a glass of wine on Porto‘s Back Bay patio come Friday, June 16th. The team from Trade, Porto, and Saloniki is gearing up for their 13th year riding in the Pan Mass Challenge bike-a-thon in August, which raises money for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and the crew is throwing a super fun soiree to get you in on the action.

Grab a few tickets here for $125 each and head to Ring Road at 6:00pm on the day-of. There’ll be tons of tasty bites like tuna tartare, spring arancini, Porto’s legendary antipasto boards, chitarra with littleneck clams and more, plus there will be some fabulous Greek, Italian and other Mediterranean wines to try (check out the menu below). Your ticket includes entry to the party, all your food, plus the wine and beverage menu, and a portion will go toward the team’s fundraising goal of $150,000.

While you’re mixing and mingling you can also enter to win some very legit raffle prizes including a cooking class for six people with Saloniki’s executive chef Amarilys Colon, or a Greek wine tasting with Trade’s wine manager Maria Avgoustis — and many more cool things. For more info about the Pan Mass Challenge, check out their website, and if you can’t make it to the party but would like to contribute to the team’s goal you can make a donation here.
