Pasta Making at Sel de la Terre Natick

Get schooled in the ways of pasta making on Monday, February 28th when Sel de la Terre Natick hosts another of their fun cooking classes. Chef Daniel Bojorquez will spend the better part of an evening teaching his eager students how to whip up the perfect pasta dough and then artfully sculpt tagliatelle and ravioli. Don’t worry if all that kneading and rolling makes you hungry because after all the hard work is done, pupils can sit down to a three-course dinner featuring the aforementioned noodles.
