Working with his friends at the Plymouth Rock Oyster Growers, chef Stephen Coe has lined up a couple more chances for you to get out on the water (and enjoy lots of oysters) before that fall chill sets in. Sign up for either of the two excursions, scheduled for Friday, September 11th and Sunday, September 27th, and get to Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills at 3:00pm. You’ll be whisked down to the waterfront, ushered aboard a seafaring vessel and educated in the arts of oyster foraging, shucking, cooking and eating. Chef Coe will be grilling up the day’s catch and adding it to a spread that already includes champagne, lobster, clams, mussels, sausage, smashed potatoes, corn and a specialty cocktail.
