The Massachusetts Restaurant Association (MRA) and NECN have pooled their efforts and their resources for One Night Live, an online telethon in support of The Greg Hill Foundation’s Restaurant Strong Fund. Head over to the NECN Facebook page at 7:00pm on Sunday May 17th to catch performances, interviews and appearances from a luminous roster of local talent – musicians, comedians, politicians, professional athletes and food media folks, as well as chefs and restaurateurs from all your favorite spots (seriously…so many…see the whole line-up here).
Hosted by Anna Rossi of The Hub Today on NBC10, the virtual event will raise crucial monies for restaurant industry workers in Massachusetts who’ve been impacted by the Covid-19 closures (and that’s pretty much all of them). Tune in to catch all the fun and show your support – every little bit helps and, since this little shindig will be shared on the social platforms of more than 1500 restaurants in and around MA, it’s the perfect (and one of the biggest!) opportunities to help displaced employees.
