Chef Kevin Crawley gets 2007 off to an educational start at Coriander, where he’ll be hosting another one of his popular Cooking Tutorials on Monday, January 8th – this one with a Happy Healthy New Year theme. Armed with some simple cooking techniques and healthy ingredients, Crawly sets out to prove that light and healthy food can taste good.
