Cooking instruction from a professional chef is usually a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but at Sofra from now ’til May, you’ve got nine chances. The Middle Eastern cafe and bakery is hosting a series of cooking classes on a wide range of topics, from Weeknight Cooking Solutions (Monday, February 5th) to Lamb Jam (Monday, March 19th). Pick a topic (or two, or nine) and roll up your sleeves for a chance to learn from Sofra’s talented team of chefs—a few of the classes are even taught by Executive Chef Ana Sortun herself.
