Silver Oak Cellars has wineries in Napa Valley and Alexander Valley — if you haven’t been to either, save your vacation dollars and plan a trip to Fort Point instead; the folks both vineyards are coming to you. On Wednesday, January 30th, book a table at Miel Brasserie’s wine dinner to sample the Silver Oak sippers for yourself along with a five-course meal prepared by chef de cuisine Michael Rostafin. The California-based winery is known for making food-friendly Cabernets, and you’ll get a side-by-side tasting of two — one from each estate. Glasses of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Merlot will also be included among the pairings (see the full menu details below). Dinner is $200 per person plus a processing fee; save your spot before the seats run out!
