On Monday, February 26th, the fifth generation vintner will be stopping by Alcove to share some insight about his family’s acclaimed estate in Monforte d’Alba. Starting at 6:00pm, you can learn all about their organic farming, long macerations, and how they make their full-bodied wines in large Slavonian casks so get your terroir questions ready and grab a spot here for $175 per person. Chef Mark Cina has four courses planned to complement each bottle, and you’ll get to enjoy the whole evening with spectacular views of the water from Lovejoy Wharf.
