On Tuesday, April 16th, Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli’s freshly opened seafood spot welcomes the sommelier-turned-wine-rep all the way from the other side of the country for a four-course prix fixe paired with wines from the Santa Maria Valley. Get there by 6:00pm for passed apps before sitting down to a dinner designed to pair with selections from Presqu’ile’s portfolio of cool-climate Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays and Syrahs.
