Via Matta Hosts Alla Grigilia Dinner

Enjoy an al fresco meal in honor of all things grillable at Via Matta‘s Alla Grigilia dinner, scheduled for Moday, August 8th. Around 6:00pm the first of chef Leo Asaro‘s five courses will hit the table. Warm up with an app of grilled asparagus with farm egg, frico chips and prosciutto vinaigrette but save room for the clam bake-inspired third course and the whole pig fourth course. Courses will be paired with Menebrea, the newest edition to the lager list. Dinner costs $80 per person including tax and gratuity.
