Get down and doughy with Mamaleh’s on Saturday, February 9th — they’re busting out the rolling pins and aprons for their Babka Making Class, and you can get in on all the baking action. Starting at 3:00pm, learn how to make the freshly baked Jewish treat from in-house pastry chefs Rachel Sundet and Lauren Feldman, who’ll show you the ins-and-outs of mixing, kneading and baking your bread. Tickets are $72, plus a processing fee, and include light bites as you work, a glass of wine or beer (non-alcoholic beverages are available, too), printed recipes to bring back home and, of course, a loaf from your labor to take with you.
