Maki Making 101

Sign on for a maki tutorial with Aka Bistro’s Chris Chung and learn the sushi-making secrets of an expert. On Sunday, April 21st, Chung will be hosting a class in the kitchen at his Lincoln restaurant, sharing tips and tricks for making inventive and tasty maki rolls. Class runs from 1:00-3:00pm and costs $30 per person ($50 per couple) not including beverages, tax or gratuity.
