Lobsters Gone Wild at Coriander

Lobster lovers, beat a path to Coriander Bistro in Sharon on Monday, December 17th for Kevin Crawley’s upcoming cooking tutorial, Lobsters Gone Wild. Crawley and his team will be pairing two wines with two classic lobster dishes – claw and knuckle salad with mango and avocado; and real lobster Newberg with brioche toast and roasted asparagus. Pastry chef Dorian McCarron will round out the evening’s menu with a sweet, surprise dessert. Coriander cooking tutorials cost $60 each and get underway promptly at 7:00pm.
