Learn Tartare Techniques at Great Bay

Chef Adam Fuller shares some of his culinary wisdom at the next installment of Great Bay’s Saturday Cooking Class Series. Fuller and wine director Orion Berge will be preparing and pairing assorted tartares with glasses of pinot noir.
