On Monday, October 19th, La Brasa hosts its next Micro Monday, a three-course dinner with beer pairings. New local craft beermakers Down the Road Beer Co. guest star for the evening, offering their Fée des Fleurs (a French Saison), Pukwudgie Pale Ale and Hooligan Brown Nut Ale alongside dishes from chef Daniel Bojorquez.
