Let your friends at Forage take you on a trip around the world by way of Jura grape varietals, which include classics and unusual grapes that are also (rarely) grown in different climates yet made in the same style. Owner/sommelier Stan Hilbert will be sharing some of his favorite tiny-production, all-natural wines alongside a four-course menu (available in omnivore-, pescatarian-, vegetarian- and vegan-friendly versions) from chef Eric Cooper. Book a table at the restaurant (indoors or out on their heated patio) or enjoy your meal as take-out for two. Dinner costs $95 per person at the restaurant or $150 to-go.
