Jim Solomon invites you to the table for a cooking demo and television show taping on Monday, August 22nd. As part of The Chefs’ Table Series®, The Fireplace owner will lead guests through a fresh summer pasta recipe, including tastes. The evening, which starts at 6:30pm, features a three-course prix fixe of seasonal fare. The menu – grilled peach salad, pasta with corn and tomatoes, and Maine blueberry tart – will be paired with two glasses of wine. Reservations are available for $50 each and 100% of proceeds go towards providing culinary scholarships for veterans and underprivileged youth. Call The Fireplace at 617.975.1900 to book your seat.
