Jim Solomon invites you to the table for a cooking demo and television show taping on Monday, August 22nd. As part of The Chefs’ Table Series^®, The Fireplace owner will lead guests through a fresh summer pasta recipe, including tastes. The evening, which starts at 6:30pm, features a three-course prix fixe of seasonal fare. The menu – grilled peach salad, pasta with corn and tomatoes, and Maine blueberry tart – will be paired with two glasses of wine.
