There’s an emerging world of Japanese whisky taking off in the U.S., and Taj Boston wants to help spread the word. In partnership with Beam Suntory, they’re hosting a Japanese Whisky Dinner on Wednesday, January 24th. A tasting followed by a three-course dinner will be paired with blends including Yamazaki 12, Hakushu 12, Hakushu 18, Hibiki Harmony, & Hibiki 21. The exploration of the many intricacies of Japanese Single Malts begins at 6:30pm. There’s limited seating (the event is capped at 20 people), so get your tickets here.
