This year, take in the 4th of July fireworks from atop the Lenox Hotel. Chef Robert Fathman hosts a spectacular three-course dinner at Azure, followed by a rooftop reception complete with a bird’s eye view of the festivities. Book your table between 7:00 and 8:00pm to partake of Fathman’s prix fixe, which includes options like grilled corn chowder with rock shrimp fritters, buttermilk onion strings and fried basil; pork tenderloin with chipotle, hominy and tomato stew, and cheesy white grits; and almond flour encrusted short ribs with spinach, fingerling potatoes, capers, beurre blanc and fried parsley.
