A Honey Harvest Meal at Miel Brasserie Provencal

How exactly does one celebrate National Honey Month? By going to Miel Brasserie Provencal where, if you couldn’t tell by the name, they’re pretty fond of the stuff. On Tuesday, September 20th the honey-obsessed restaurant will host a Honey Harvest Dinner to celebrate their first harvest (more than 100lbs!) from their very own, very busy bee colonies. The buzz-worthy evening, which starts at 6:30pm with a cocktail reception, includes several sweet courses from chef Devanand Chinta, not to mention a raw honey tasting, wine pairings, a tutorial on bees and an overview of urban beekeeping. Reservations for the $75 per person dinner can be had by calling 617.217.5151. Don’t wait too long – it’d really sting to miss out on the fun.
