Herve Souhaut Wine Dinner at Forage

Forage is delving into the world of renowned winemaker Herve Souhaut for their next wine dinner on Tuesday, December 13th. The rockstar of the wine world makes some of the most sumptuous wines from the Ardèche region of northern Rhone region of France from old and ancient vines using idiosyncratic cellar work. His wines are eminently distinctive while also expressing true terroir — and they absolutely should not be missed!

Chef Eric Cooper has collaborated with wine guru Stan Hilbert for four very special courses to pair up with a mini vertical of the Souteronne 2020 & 2021, plus a few magnums of Herve’s 2021 “l’Epine.” Check out the omnivore and vegetarian menus below, which will be shared at the table. Dinner is $95 per person to dine in (make a reservation here), or take your feast home for tasting for $160 for two people (order here) before tax and tip, and you can add an optional cheese course for $35.
