Tuck into some hearty food and sips from the famed Heaven Hill Distillery on Thursday, November 16th at The Lexington. Whiskey ambassador Rich Fiorillo will be stopping by chef-owner Will Gilson’s Cambridge Crossing digs to present a few special bottles from the Bardstown, Kentucky whiskey makers, including Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel – Ryder Cup Limited Edition, Old Fitzgerald 10 Year Bottled in Bond, and Parker’s Heritage 17th Edition 10 Year Kentucky Straight Rye.
As you swirl and sip chef Alexis Babineau and the team will treat you to four courses of fall fare including Smoked Caesar with caraflex cabbage, duck fat pangrattato, parmesan; and Wild Boar Cappelletti with brown butter, ricotta, maple pepitas.
