Spend the summer sipping specialty cocktails from exceptional drink makers at Bar Pallino‘s Guest Bartender Series, which gets underway on Thursday, June 15th. The natural wine bar and speakeasy (right below Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette’s Faccia a Faccia) gets the party started with Andrea Scacco — the bartender at Nola Barcelona and the founder of Spiriti Artigiani, an Italian amaro and vermouth brand. In collaboration with Jodie Battles, Beverage Director and partner at Bar Pallino, Scacco will be curating a slew of cocktails that highlight Spirito delle Dolomiti, a balsamic and citrusy amaro, and Not Another Vermut. The list of specialty cocktails is below, so you’ll have plenty of time to decide what to try.
Pop down to Newbury Street between 5:00 and 9:00pm to find a bar seat or make a whole night of it and book a reservation at Faccia a Faccia for dinner pre- or post-drinks.
