Grilling season is nearly here – let the folks from Rustic Kitchen help you brush up on those summer cooking techniques with their Friday night cooking show at the Park Plaza location. Throughout May and June hosts Liz Bramwell and Catherine O’Brien will demonstrate how to prepare chef Tom Holloway’s grilled chicken cosmopolitan accompanied by a cranberry-citrus mixed greens salad and grilled vegetable and orzo salad. These shows will even have the added bonus of dessert – Liz Bramwell’s panna cotta with strawberry sauce will provide the evening’s sweet finish. The $75 ticket includes the 7:00pm demonstration, food and a Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc wine pairing.
