Grateful Palate Wine Dinner at Harvest

Wine Director Jason Irving and chef Keith Pooler play host to Australian wine importer, Grateful Palate at Harvest on Tuesday, May 24th when they pair the best of Australia with the best of New England (according to Zagat 2005) in a festive four-course menu. The evening’s menu features dishes from Pooler and recently appointed pastry chef Liz O’Connell, including Island Creek oyster with gingered aromatic vegetable tempura, red wine mignonette; roasted spice crusted pork loin with griddled zucchini bread, squash blossom and Devonshire cream; and caramel bread pudding and port caramel.
