Goose Island Goodies Downtown

Goose Island brews get matched up with classic bistro food at Petit Robert Central’s upcoming beer dinner. On Thursday, October 4th, chef Eric Bogardus will be serving five appetizer-sized courses to accompany the Windy City-brewed beverages including Sofie (a Belgian style farmhouse ale), Matilda (a Belgian style pale ale), Pere Jacques (a Belgian style abbey ale), Pepe Nero (a Belgian style farmhouse ale) and Bourbon County Stout (a bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout).
