Although he’s earned a loyal following among sausage-loving carnivores, Tim Wiechmann is no slouch when it comes to vegetables. See what he can do at T.W. Food on Wednesday, July 22nd when he rolls out an epic, nine-course, vegetarian tasting menu featuring peak-season fruits and veggies. The ingredients may be locally-grown but the globally-inspired feast takes its gastronomic cues from all over – Lebanon, India, Mexico and Spain (among others). Have a look at the prix fixe below; it’s priced at $85 per person and can be paired with five wines for an additional  $55 per person.  Leave your passport, bring your appetite and your vegetarian friends.
