Chef Mogorosi Moremong has been a part of the FRANK crew in Beverly since the start of it all and on Monday, May 24th you have the chance to be a part of his Zoom cooking demo. Chef Mogs is bringing his knowledge of Southern African cuisine to the table sharing his own personal expertise with the tradition of braai, a special barbeque style that uses wood or charcoal.
