There’s so much to be grate-ful for at Forage‘s weekly wine dinner, where they’ll be focusing on some fabulous New England cheeses. Grab a spot for Tuesday, January 31st between 5:30 and 8:45pm for a fromage-filled feast that will tickle any turophile (that’s the fancy word for cheese lover, btw). Chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert have created a four-course meal that highlights some of their favorite local farmers alongside small-scale, offbeat winemakers for courses like Fingerlings with melted Reading, pickled herb relish and smoked asparagus salt paired with 2021 “Daphne” Cosimo Maria Masini, Tuscany.
Take a look at the full omnivore and vegetarian menus below and make a reservation to dine in here. Dinner is $95 per person to eat in the cozy Cambridge dining room, or get your cheesefest to-go by ordering here for $160 (serves two). If you have any Qs give the restaurant a call at 617.576.5444, and be sure to sign up for all the Forage happenings with their weekly newsletter via their website.
