Finish Line Pasta Flight at Prezza

In preparation for Monday, marathoners – and pasta lovers – can load up on carbs at Prezza with chef Anthony Caturano’s Finish Line Flight. Courses on the $30 pasta-laden menu (which will be available from Friday, April 18th through Sunday, April 20th) include spring pea raviolini with ham, mascarpone and fresh peas; orecchiette with sausage, broccoli rabe and extra virgin olive oil; and tagliatelle with clams and oregano.
