With patio season drawing to a close (RIP, patio season), it’s time to put away the Ray Bans and rosé and start thinking about flannel and fall flavors. On Wednesday, October 3rd, celebrate the cooler (and less humid!) weather at Post 390 where Executive Chef Nick Deutmeyer has teamed up with Kimball Fruit Farms for a special autumn installment of their Farm-to-Post series. This dinner is all about fresh, local apples, with snacks like Pork & Apple Sausage Tartlettes and entrees like chilled crab & apples and heritage porchetta with apple and sage stuffing. Raise a glass and toast to fall (and local farms, too!) for $55 per person, including all four courses plus snacks and paired beverages—and don’t fret if you can’t make it, the menu will be available at Post 390 for six weeks following the event. Menu below; tickets here.
