The votes are in and the lamb-loving public has decreed the four baaaadest blog recipes they wish to sample at the first ever American Lamb Pro-Am at the Hotel Marlowe. And the blogger/ chef pairs are…

Not only will the Sunday, November 6th event feature tastes of these four lambtacular dishes for which you’ll vote for your favorite, but also a few special hors d’oeuvres from Silva (who, incidentally, will have the home field advantage), beer courtesy of Brooklyn Brewery, wine from J. Lohr Estates and a special Pierre Ferrand Cognac cocktail from Chad Arnholt of Citizen. The fun runs from 3:00 to 5:30pm, and there can only be one lamby champion, so don’t miss out. Tickets, which are only $25 apiece, can be purchased here. At the very least, you’ll surely have the opportunity to make a “that’s what sheep said” joke or two. And that, friends, is priceless.
