Drumlin Farms Dinner

Sink your teeth into summer’s bounty by way of a six-course menu from the folks at Vincent’s in Cambridge. On Thursday, June 29th, chef Philip Nacron and his talented team will be serving a fabulous one-night-only spread filled with farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients from Drumlin Farm in Lincoln, Massachusetts, a 291-acre farm and wildlife sanctuary that is home to the Massachusetts Audubon Society.

Dinner costs $90 per person and you can add an optional wine pairing for an extra fee. There will be some real summer magic going on with plates like Lamb Tartare, Lobster Omelets, Snap Peas, Radish, and Turnips, and more (check out a tentative menu below; there will be vegetarian options available).

Grab a spot here between 5:00 and 8:30pm and be sure to mention if you prefer to sit on the patio. Keep an eye on their IG for menu updates, and find out more about Drumlin Farm’s nonprofit mission and educational offerings on their website.
