Stan Hilbert, their in-house wine guru, has some fun and funky pink wines from small, sustainable producers all lined up to match with chef Eric Cooper’s summer-centric four-course spread, like Chilled Parsley Soup with Stracchino and black raspberries paired with 2022 “Rózsa Libre,” Claus Preisinger, Burgenland; and Seared Bluefish with cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, lemon potatoes and loads of fresh herbs paired with 2022 L’Arpette a Petrolette, Domaine de l’Arpete, Gaillac. Rosé is always lovely on the patio, and you can reserve an outdoor table here, or you can sit inside and bask in the AC, however your temperature tastes suit you; dinner is $105 per person. You can take your dinner to go and enjoy it at home or, even better, on a picnic blanket, for $160 (serves two people) by ordering here.
