Maybe a trip to the French Quarter isn’t in the cards this month, fret not – chef Erin Miller and her second line at Urban Hearth are putting on a Fat Tuesday Fête right in Cambridge to get you in a NOLA state of mind. On Tuesday, February 21st, the reigning Queen of Seafood will be celebrating her 2022 win at the Great American Seafood Cook Off in New Orleans with a lovely five-course low-country menu of quahog hush puppies, oysters Rockefeller, lobster gumbo, blackened fish, and beignets designed to pair with a variety of legendary cocktails made famous in the city known as the birthplace of jazz (think: sazeracs, brandy milk punch, Pimms cup, grasshoppers, and hurricanes).
