Chef William Kovel and his crew at Catalyst are hosting Department 66 for a Thursday night wine dinner on July 29th. Reserve a seat in their Technology Square dining room for a taste of winemaker Dave Phinney’s blends made with grapes from 80-100 year old vines at his French Catalonian vineyard in the town of Maury, France (which is just a couple hours east of Barcelona).
The four-course dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, will be accompanied by selections like the 2019 Fragile, known for its aromas of strawberries and rhubarb and the 2017 Façade, which has hints of jasmine, lemongrass and peaches. Have a look at the full menu (and pairings) below and reserve your tickets — $130 each (including tax and gratuity) — by emailing Robyn Yee. Call 617.576.3000 with any questions and don’t miss out on this tasty opportunity.
