Italian and Japanese might not seem like best buddies at the table, but much is shared between the two cuisines. Come find out just how well they complement one another at Pagu on Thursday, January 24th, as Chef Tracy Chang and Sommelier Charlie Gaeta put their food, wine, and heads together for an Italo-Japanese wine dinner. Starting at 6:00pm, the meal will take place in five family-style courses around a communal table, where you’ll be joined by Charlie and Chef Chang to regale you with recipes and tales from the road.
