Cooking Four Seasons Style

Take your barbecue cues from the experts – chefs Brooke Vosika and William Kovel, the men behind the menus at the Bristol Lounge and Aujourd’hui – will be offering up some professional pointers in the first of installment of Cooking Four Seasons Style, their new cooking class series. On Saturday, June 28th, the culinary duo, with the assistance of sommelier Brick Loomis, will teach participants how to become Masters of the Summer Barbecue – just in time for the 4th of July. Topics covered will include picking the choicest ingredients, prepping appropriately and grilling to perfection. Students will receive Vosika’s homemade spice blends, recipe cards and some great Four Seasons takeaways.
