Mark your calendar for the American Whiskey Dinner at CLINK. in The Liberty Hotel on Thursday, February 22nd. Executive Chef Daniel Kenney will personally present a four-course dinner using seasonal, sustainable, and local ingredients (see the full menu below), and each course will be completed with a Mitcher’s whiskey or cocktail pairing. You’ll start the evening at 6:30pm with passed canapés before being led in to the intimately tucked away tables inside former jail cells (how cool, right?). The menu is designed specifically for this event, so you know each pour will play off the dynamic flavors of the dish. Tickets are $95 for one or $179 for two. Get yours here.
