Do you like apples? Grab your ticket to the second annual CiderFest where chef Andy Husbands and team celebrate hard cider with a tasting and dinner. The apple-y happenings take place on Monday, November 7th at Tremont 647 and Sister Sorel, starting at 6:00pm. Chef de cuisine Lacey Tokash has put together a European-esque menu to match the beverages, with dishes like cider-marinated pork belly and cider-poached bratwurst. There’ll be passed apps before a three-course family-style dinner, paired, naturally, with New England ciders from Stowe Cider, Champlain Orchards Cidery and High Limb Hard Cider. Take a look at the drinks and dishes below—a match-up you’d be hard-pressed to find elsewhere—then pick up your ticket, for $39.50 each, online here.
