Chilean Wine Dinner in Burlington

Take a trip to the southern hemisphere on Thursday, February 8th via Mooo…. Burlington as they shine the spotlight on the wines of Chile for an evening. The opulent steakhouse will show you the ins and outs of the country’s French-inspired winemaking heritage, and you’ll come away knowing the difference between Merlot and Carménère, and which regions make the best Bordeaux-style blends.

The night kicks off at 6:00pm with passed bites of Sea Bass Ceviche with citrus, Fresno chili, coriander, and Exotic Mushroom “Arancini” paired with 2020 Concha y Toro Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc, Aconcagua, Chile, followed by four plated courses like Red Wine Braised Short Rib with chive whipped potato, carrots, broccolini and gremolata paired with 2020 Marques de Casa Concha Heritage, Puente Alto, Chile.
