At the Chef’s Table

Chef Daniel Bojorquez has a few more of his whimsical meals planned for the upcoming installments of his Chef’s Table dinner series at Sel de la Terre Natick. As is the custom, guests will be treated to a four-course menu (with wines) as well as a little discussion of the various dishes from the chef himself, who’ll be able to explain techniques, flavor profiles and his inspiration.
