The folks at KO Prime are firm believers in sustainability – they’re also firm believers in deliciousness, which is why from Friday, April 19th through Friday the 23rd they’ll be celebrating Earth Week with a special menu. Chef Josh Buehler will spend the week slaving away over a three-course prix fixe meal plus organic amuse from the farmer’s market just so that you can taste how good caring for the earth can be.
