Buck-a-Shuck Oysters at Brasserie


It’s always oyster season when you live in New England, but $1 specials is where you’ll really score. The South End’s Brassiere is now offering oysters for just a buck each Sunday through Thursday from 8:00-9:00pm. The deal, which will feature a rotating selection based on availability, is for bar patrons only so head for Harrison Ave and belly up next time you’re craving oysters – there is no limit on how many you can order (keep going and maybe, just maybe, you’ll find a pearl). You can enjoy your feast of freshly shucked bivalves as a precursor to something from chef Nick Intonti‘s modern, French-inspired menu or keep it simple and pair them with a signature cocktail or selections from their carefully-curated list of biodynamic and organic wines from select small-production wineries around the globe.
