Pastry chef Brian Levy will be stopping by at Sofra from 6:00 to 9:00pm on Thursday, January 26th to share some recipes from his book Good & Sweet: A New Way to Bake with Naturally Sweet Ingredients and you’re definitely going to want to be there for a taste. Named one of the best cookbooks of 2022 by the Los Angeles Times and Serious Eats, Levy’s book features more than 100 recipes for treats made with naturally sweet ingredients (think: dates, pears, pineapple and coconut) without using refined sugars.
