Bourbon and Bacon and Ham, Oh My

If delicious pork products and bourbon sound like your idea of a good time then you’ll want to make sure you’re in attendance at Farmstead‘s Sunday, March 18th Benton’s & Bourbon Dinner. Lauded ham and bacon maker Allan Benton will be at the Providence restaurant to discuss his wares and of course provide fodder for the evening’s meal which will be made by chef-owner Matt Jennings. Each course will also be paired with a different bourbon courtesy of M.S. Walker. The evening, which begins with a reception at 7:00pm costs $125 per person. If you’re not quite ready to leave after dinner, join Cochon 555 founder Brady Lowe for a heritage whiskey nightcap (for an additional $25 per person).
