Pork lovers, mark your calendars – Boston University’s Taste of Elegance is coming up on Monday, January 28th. The other-white-meat-themed event pits a dozen of the city’s top chefs against one another in pursuit of the title of Best Dish and Crowd Favorite. See whose dish takes home top honors – plating their tastiest pork dishes for this year’s competition are chefs from Coriander Bistro, The Fireplace, Gargoyles, KO Prime, La Morra, Orinoco, Pigalle, Rialto, Top of the Hub, Tremont 647, Winchester Country Club and Z-Square.
