Ah, the power of pork. On Monday, March 7th this much-loved meat brings together nearly a dozen chefs at Boston University’s Taste of Elegance. Pick up a ticket or two (for $40 apiece) and you can be in on the other-white-meat-themed entertainment, which includes tastes of dishes from the Lanam Club, Pigalle, Top of the Hub, Boston University, The Fireplace, Sel de la Terre Long Wharf, Lineage, Clio, Ashmont Grill and Tavolo. Chefs will be competing for Best Dish and Crowd Favorite so go on an empty stomach to be sure you can try each dish before you cast your vote.
