Boston Pizza Festival 2023

Boston Pizza Festival

City Hall Plaza is set to become a pizza-lover’s paradise on Saturday, June 24th and Sunday, June 25th as more than 30 of the Boston area’s best pizzerias (plus a few from Italy, too!) gather to throw some dough around for the first time since the pandemic at the Boston Pizza Festival.

There’ll be a slice for every taste, from traditional to the far out, plus there’ll be vegan and gluten-free options. Admission is free but you can scoop up some pizza slice tickets in advance here, which are available as 3 tickets for $10.99; 5 tickets for $15.99; and 10 tickets for $29.99 and use them to skip the lines and get straight to enjoying pizza slices (each token is good for one full-size slice of pizza).

In addition to eating your weight in ‘za, you can enjoy live music and entertainment all day (from 11:00am to 6:00pm), a children’s pizza tossing station, and an interactive pizza-making demo. Each pizzeria will be baking up the goods in Marra Forni artisan pizza ovens, and there’ll be plenty of bevvies from Anheuser-Busch and 19 Crimes wines.

Some of the participating pizzerias include:

Rina’s Pizzeria (Boston, MA)
da LaPosta (Newton, MA)
Florina Pizzeria (Boston, MA)
Montebella’s (Gluten-Free)
DaCoopas Pizza (East Boston, MA)
Motor City Detroit Pizza (Detroit, MI)
Il Sarago (Calabria, Italy)
Pizza Taxi (Amalfi Coast, Italy)
Wicked Cheesy (Tewksbury, MA)
Cafe Quattro (Boston, MA)
Eat Cini’s (Boston, MA)

If you have any Qs that aren’t covered on the website (no pets, btw), shoot them an email here, and get ready to taste all the best pies in all of New England!
