On Monday, March 25th, Blue Dragon is swapping bikes for Bordeaux and taking a tour of France the right way. This month’s wine dinner will feature a smorgasbord of unexpected pairings, with the gorgeous wines of Famille Quiot alongside the wild flavors of southeast Asia. Dinner starts at 7:00pm with striped bass crudo and rosé, then meanders through Indonesian curry escargot with Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc before arriving at a cheese course and finally dessert. This six-course experience is $120 per person including tax and gratuity. Snag your tickets here.
